Police seek information on weekend incident

Detectives from the Mississippi State University Police Department are still looking for answers regarding Friday's campus abduction, robbery and aggravated assault incident.
According to an MSU press release, which was e-mailed to all members of the campus community over the weekend, the victim is an international male MSU employee.
The victim told police that he gave the two suspects a ride mid-day Friday in the vicinity of Aiken Village, when the victim spotted the suspects walking along Collegeview Street.
According to the release, the victim was found with stab wounds later that day in the Highway 25 South vicinity of Lake Loakafoma Road in Winston County.
The victim's wounds required surgery and he remains hospitalized, the release states.
The victim told police that the first suspect is a thin black male who appears to be 20 to 25 years old, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and 170 pounds. The victim said the suspect has a medium-to-dark complexion, a pronounced bottom lip and thin upper lip. He also noted that the suspect has no facial hair but has braided hair which extends to the middle of his neck. The suspect was wearing a chain with a large cross affixed to it, the victim said.
The second suspect is described by the victim as a black male with short, curly black hair who appears to be 20 to 25 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall and approximately 150 pounds.
MSU PD investigator Brad Massey declined to comment at this time.
