The Starkville Police Department is investigating a death caused by a apparently caused by a self-inflicted gunshot wound that occurred in the City Hall-Starkville Police Department parking lot Monday morning. According to a statement issued by the SPD, an employee found the body of Adam Kincaid, 62, of 1524 B Saint Andrews Lane, near the entrance to the Starkville Municipal Court. (0) comments
