Reports of lost items in the Junction on game days are on the rise, and those affected do not know whether or not to point the finger at thieves or the university's tailgating policies. International Education Week, a series of events with the purpose of heightening cultural awareness, will kick off Monday with a series of events hosted by the Holmes Cultural Diversity Center and other various campus organizations.
